Who we are looking for

innovHub - Chiesi Italia's innovation catalyst - is looking for Italian and international companies or startups, belonging to different sectors, adhering to Chiesi Italia's strategic needs, which meet a series of criteria in line with the company's values. Individual projects or services and companies can apply.

Our possible partners will be valuated according to several key aspects. The first mandatory aspect is for them to be legal entities: the platform is not open to private individuals. Secondly, we greatly value a video 'pitch' of the company or startup, featuring an initial presentation of the project.

There are also a number of criteria that will be assessed in the application process,
on a case-by-case basis:

Strategic Alignment

We will assess the candidates’ compliance with Chiesi Italia's vision and long-term strategies. Applications should support existing company objectives, or open up new growth opportunities, consistent with the company's strategic direction.

We will prioritize those applications that offer unique solutions or significant improvements over existing technologies or processes, as well as the potential impact of innovation in the pharmaceutical sector.

Innovation and Originality

Technical and Commercial Feasibility

We will assess if candidate projects are technically feasible and have a solid plan for implementation and commercial scalability. The assessment will include the projects’ long-term sustainability aspects.

We will reward those initiatives and applications with clear criteria for measuring the project’s success, including indicators such as cost reduction, increased efficiency, improved product or service quality, and impact on end customers.

Results and Success Metrics

Cultural and Value Compatibility

We will assess the compatibility of the companies/startups with Chiesi Italia’s values.

We will emphasise projects that prove to be committed to environmental sustainability and corporate responsibility issues.

Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility

Growth Potential and Scalability

We will consider the long-term growth potential and scalability of projects. This involves assessing the ability of the startup or company to expand its project, in terms of market and production capacity, in order to meet Chiesi Italia's growing needs.

An indispensable criterion is that the projects comply with the regulations in force in the pharmaceutical sector and the required quality standards.

Regulatory Compliance and Quality

Feedback and Market Evaluation

We will reward initiatives that have market feedback and/or a preliminary assessment (e.g. market researches, customer reviews or other indicators that prove the product/service demand and acceptance).

Deadlines
